The door leaf is not wound on a shaft, but kept at a space-saving distance by the spiral-shaped guiding system. Thanks to this mechanical principle, the spiral doors from EFAFLEX operate exceptionally quietly, are almost wear-free, as well as being extremely fast. We have decades of experience with high-speed doors and always keep the needs of our customers and technical feasibility in mind. All these factors have led to the development of Next Generation spiral doors. These combine our experience from over 50 years of high-speed doors and the wishes of our customers in one product.
The total cost of a spiral door, including installation, varies depending on the door size, individual price calculation and the structural conditions on site. Therefore, it is not possible to give a flat-rate price. EFAFLEX provides its customers with its own qualified service, which is always focused on finding the best possible solution. Instead of standardized products, EFAFLEX provides you with a high-speed door tailored to your requirements. This individual customization naturally also has an impact on pricing.
The Next Generation high-speed spiral doors are designed for a service life of at least 20 years with up to 500,000 load cycles per year. Regular maintenance and adherence to the service intervals for the high-speed door even enable a longer door life – some EFAFLEX doors have been in use for decades. Our in-house EFAFLEX service team will be happy to advise you.
The Premium, Eco and Basic equipment variants do not differ in terms of the quality or safety standard of our doors. Rather, they refer to the number of recommended load cycles per year and the maximum opening and closing speed of the respective high-speed door.
We offer four preconfigured equipment packages for Next Generation spiral doors. This allows us to optimally adapt our doors to your conditions.
If floors are uneven, the slanted end plate compensates for this. This means that our Next Generation spiral doors can also be adapted to difficult conditions2

We provide architects and planners with detailed tender texts for our products. All you need to do is to add the clearance height, clearance width, colour or motor arrangement.
