No app is required to use EFA-SmartAssist®. Within Germany, simply contact our service hotline at 0800 3323539. The technician will then send you a code via SMS, giving you access to the tool.
EFA-SmartAssist® is a unique technology, but we actually offer this tool free of charge to our customers.
If you are outside of Germany, you will need an EFAFLEX service technician from our subsidiaries or partners. They will contact our service center directly and can then use EFA-SmartAssist®.
