Folding door ALP-FT.

The ALP-FT impresses with an exceptional variety of equipment options. There are numerous possibilities to optimally adapt the ALP-FT to any façade. Field division, muntin arrangement and infill (i.e. made of real glass) are variable and can be selected by the customer. The surface of the door leaf can be anodised in the colours of the Eloxal table or powder coated in any RAL colour, according to the customer’s wishes.

The ALP-FT offers excellent insulation thanks to thermally separated steel profiles in combination with double or triple ESG glazing. With a U-value of 1.5–1.6 W/m²K, heat loss is effectively reduced. Generous glazing areas also ensure plenty of natural daylight.

The virtually threshold-free wicket door can be integrated at any desired position. It can be optionally equipped with a panic mortise lock with functions B, D or E.

The horizontal folding movement of the folding doors ensures that the full passage height is immediately completely clear. Indoors, this advantage ensures smooth operations. Outdoors, the high opening and closing speeds help to save energy effectively. In addition, doors in the F series are extremely durable. They protect against noise and draughts, save energy and impress with their good thermal and sound insulation properties.

Folding doors are ideal for the railway industry, both in new buildings and renovations, as they require virtually no space depth and no disruptive suspensions. They therefore offer significant planning advantages, particularly in rail freight transport and in local and long-distance public transport. Individually customisable cut-outs allow the integration of contact wires, overhead lines, cable cars or other technical feed-throughs.
